Your CherryPharm purchase comes with a thirty (30) day money-back satisfaction guarantee which starts upon delivery of a shipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact our Customer Service Department at 800.699.0460, Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM EST.

  • You MUST call the Customer Service Department and ask for a Return Authorization (RA) number within the 30-day period to receive a refund.
  • Please return the unused portion of your purchase within ten (10) days of the RA issuance to receive your refund (shipping and processing charges are non-refundable).
  • Please return all unopened items for which you are requesting a refund in the original box.
  • DO NOT return an item without an RA number. Write the RA number on the outside of your package so we can properly refund you. Packages received without an RA number clearly printed on the outside will be refused and returned to sender.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We are not responsible for returns that never arrive at our facility.
  • Limit one return per person.
  • Money back guarantee applies only to online and phone purchases. Retail store purchases are excluded from this offer.
  • Fraudulent, incomplete or illegible requests will not be honored.
  • All refunds will be made to credit card used for payment.
  • Please allow 3-4 weeks for refund to be processed.
  • CherryPharm Auto-Ship with Free Shipping is only available to customers in the Continental United States. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico please contact Customer Service.

If you have any questions regarding your purchase (including but not limited to Return or Exchange information), please contact our Customer Service Department. The charge on your credit card statement will appear as CherryPharm, Inc..
If you have enrolled in our Auto-Ship Program we will only apply payment for product we have shipped. You can pause or cancel your Auto-Ship orders at any time by calling Customer Service or by managing your account in the Customer Center.
Please remember that once we have shipped product to you we can only cancel future shipments and cannot refund any charges unless the product is returned per the above-noted Return Policy.
